First Responders:
Two of America’s Finest, Officer Austin Machitar and his partner, Officer Zachary Martinez, went to work on the night of Monday, August 26, 2024, to serve and protect San Diego. Following a horrific, fiery crash involving a fleeing suspect, Officer Machitar was killed. His partner, Officer Martinez is fighting for his life. We join you in heartbroken dismay at so great a tragedy. Both officers were members of the Northern Division which serves our community. We are so excited to announce our NEXT Mission Beach Town Council Social Event happening on Wednesday, September 25th from 5-7 PM at Dockside 1953!
All MBTC members are encouraged to attend and bring a friend!
This event is FREE for our ENTIRE Mission Beach community! Each MBTC member will receive one free welcome drink sponsored by Dockside 1953. And light appetizers will be provided for ALL attendees, courtesy of Dockside 1953!
