South Mission Street Closures - The City of San Diego has updated the street closure information for this coming week. This information is provided by the City of San Diego, the Mission Beach Town Council cannot verify its accuracy. If you have questions please use the phone number below to contact the City of San Diego.


Here is important corrected information about the Mission Beach Water & Sewer Replacement project. Please share this information with others who you feel may have an interest in this update.


Concrete replacement in the alleys EAST of Mission Boulevard will take place according to the schedule below.


Schedule (map below):

• Alley between San Fernando Place and Ensenada Court: Demolition 4/1; Set Forms 4/2; Concrete Pour 4/3; NO ACCESS to allow concrete to cure; Open 4/8.

• Alley between Ensenada Court & Dover Court: Demolition 4/2; Set Forms 4/3; Concrete Pour 4/4; NO ACCESS to allow concrete to cure; Open 4/9. 

• Alley between Dover Court & Devon Court: Demolition 4/2; Set Forms 4/3; Concrete Pour 4/4; NO ACCESS to allow concrete to cure; Open 4/9.


Concrete replacement in the alley WEST of Mission Boulevard will take place according to the schedule below.

Alley between Capistrano Place and Brighton Court: Demolition 4/1; Set Forms 4/2; Concrete Pour 4/3; NO ACCESS to allow concrete to cure; Open 4/8.


About the work:

·      Demolition of existing pavement, concrete pour and cure.


How the area will be impacted:

·   If you anticipate having to use your vehicle during the above schedule, please remove it from your garage or driveway ahead of the work.

·   Vehicle access will be prohibited from the start of demolition until the concrete has cured.

·    "No Parking" signs will be posted at least 72 hours in advance. Vehicles in violation of signs will be towed.

·      Traffic rerouting, parking and access restrictions will be in effect to allow concrete to cure.

·    Noise from construction equipment may be heard.
